This is exactly what happened, and there were 9 or 10 witnesses that could have corroborated the story:
Police in an unmarked car spotted a group of 4-6 individuals walking toward Telegraph Ave from Bushrod Park and made a stop. As the civilians were complying with the officers, Officer Walker then assaulted a citizen that was cooperating by throwing him against a wall, then against the trunk of the car. The civilian did not consent to a search, but officer Walker of the Oakland Police Department searched him regardless.
The civilian was found to be in possession of exactly 3.5 grams of marijuana, a marijuana glass pipe, and identification that showed he was a medical marijuana patient.
After placing the citizen in the back of their unmarked vehicle, officer Walker & his partner searched the surrounding area of 59th st between Telegraph & Racine until coming back with a folded piece of paper that the officers claimed contained a controlled substance, but did not say what the substance was. The citizen in the back of the car claimed no knowledge of what the contents of the folded paper were, while the police claimed to have seen the citizen throw the alleged narcotics when the police initially approached the group.
The citizen claimed to have no connection to the alleged narcotics, nor to have tried to hide anything from the police, so the citizen offered, then eventually began to plead to submit to any form of drug screening; asked for the police to look at their dashboard cam video to clear his name; and asked for the police to secure the evidence(re: folded paper containing narcotics) for fingerprinting, as the citizen knew that he'd never touched the narcotics, never never used the narcotics, and that video would exonerate him by showing the citizen did not.
The police refused everything - refused schedule or administer a drug test, refused to check their dashboard video, and refused to fingerprint the package - and they even mocked the citizen about the situation. The police then tried to blackmail the citizen by offering to drop any charges and let him walk free if the citizen gave them names of "who sells (drugs)" in the area, because the police wanted a name they could use as evidence in different legal cases in order to place others in jail. Since the citizen didn't know whose drugs were in the paper or what drug was in the paper, the citizen couldn't help the officers OR clear his name.
Meanwhile the names and addresses of the group of men who had also been detained were ran through the police computer in their car before then allowing everyone else but the citizen in the back of the patrol car leave the scene peacefully.
The citizen in the back of the patrol car was taken to jail and once bailed out, saw that the police had stolen $93 from his wallet, even though he had a legitimate job with pay/atm stubs to prove it was his money.

Sure, pay for the visit out of pocket, intesad; of using insurance. The policyholder (your father) will get an explanation of benefits, showing the doctor charge. If you're NOT a dependent of your father, you should have your OWN coverage. As long as he's covering you and both of you are agreeing that you are his dependent (otherwise, you wouldn't be using HIS insurance!), he's entitled to this info.

that is why a sex offenders list sholud be in effect, cayman is so small and yet there are so many unsolved crimes, people going missing, being forced into cars etc, times have changed and cayman is not what it use to be years ago, there are to many cultural influences already. imagine that as small and busy as this little island is, things like this is happening, it may have a bad view in tourism, but cayman people needs to know these thing and for the tourist i'm sure its not half as bad like where they come from. i'm sorry for the young ladies and the ordeal they went through, and i hope the police catch the bastard that think its ok to drive around hurting innocent people.

I live in the address you mention in the Report .
My neighbors I and witness the incident occurred on the street for two young males that don't live in the neighborhood. We have different information that I received in the Oakland Police Department when I inquired it.
I already send emails to several people and post message in Oakland Public Work to revise the Report with me and neighbors but not answers yet.
Hope we can resolve this errors as soon is possible because this situation is damage the image of my property and the good view of the Idora Park in which I live nineteen (19) without incidents to be afraid to live there.
My regard.
Nina.
