Hi Andre, I have deep respect for Michael Reichmann and I agree in many of the tinhgs he writes. I think that he makes some truly good points that I hope Sigma listens to, in particular about SPP and other raw developing softwares. I also know that we share the same thoughts about sharpening in SPP and I know that Sigma is working really hard to make a much improved routine. But also the fact that the camera becomes hesitant while saving shots and it's often difficult for it to do two tinhgs at ones. I was hoping Sigma would add another processor for that type of needy realtime operations but it seems as everything shares the same pipe which is a pity and makes me ANGRY and FRUSTRATED at times. Even the SD9 could do two tinhgs at ones back in 2002.The grip is fantastic and it's a true joy to hold, even with heavy wight lenses on such as the 120-300 which Michael points out. :) We also share the same entusiasm for the 120-300 it's SUCH a great lens! It should come bundled with the SD1 at the current price!I have not yet tried my SD1 against any other cam except my own SD's and I'd love to make a real comparison with some impossibly detailed city scene of some sort against some MF type of camera. Just to see if Michael is right or not. ;) When looking at his examples at 100% It doesn't look like he's sweet spotting anything it's not as sharp looking as I'm used to. I think there are too few lenses truly capable of resolving that pixel true sharpness 18-50 being one of them even if it's only in the center. I also ordered a 64GB UDMA6 CF card from Photofast with real world data speeds up to 90mb/s in read and 80mb/s and I hope to see some speed improvements over my cheap 16GB thing I'm using right now. I have 140GB of RAW images from China alone right now and it's a pain not being able to really play with them.

What to say . I`m currently using a Mamiya 645 AFD II with a PhaseOne P45+ Back, and 6 nice leesns for that combination. As a Sigma user and Foveon Fan from the beginning I was always looking for nice spare system for the Medium Format. Lighter, more portable, faster, better high ISO performance- but with a really nice image quality and a good print size / resolution. I was soooo happy when I saw the SD1 and the related information on the last Photokina. I was like: Yeah, this is the perfect complementary system to my Medium Format Gear. And now?The SD1 is an experiment, not based on something that has already been proving to meet the high demands of a professional. Sigma has no reputation in making Pro-Cameras. Out of my 5 SD14 I bought in 2007 / 2008, now 3 have been giving up and can only be fixed in Japan, if fixing them is possible at all. Sigma expects me, the Pro, to invest 15.000€ for 2 bodies- without a Pro-Service (I doubt that any Sigma dealer will have a body for demo / testing over the weekend in stock). I would have to buy the cam and just trust Sigma that my 15.000€ investment works right away. A camera that is definitely NOT Medium Format, with a low-res back display, and a shutter that has a life of only 100.000 shots- while every Pro-Cam lasts at least 300.000 shots. I can`t even be sure that there are leesns that match the SD1`s resolution. And when I take a look on the prices of a Pentax 645 AFD or the latest Phase One 645 DF + 30MP Medium Format Backs And here I have access to Schneider-Kreuznach leaf shutter leesns Nikon will release the D800 this year, and Sony will come out with the Alpha 770 with translucient mirror, and APS-C size sensor with probably more than 40 MP resolution as my buddy from Sony JP tells me- and they will all come out for less than 4000$ Sorry Sigma, I`m a Pro and I have the money, but I rather invest it in something that has already proven to be Pro-Ready and still costs 30% less I can not express how disappointed I am right now. That is Good Bye from me to Sigma. My new leesns will be sold as soon as my last SD14 gives up service, and I assume that day won`t far away

I know what you are saying! It all seems so sneesless buying a house only to have the life sucked out of you with taxes. Where I live home owners are the only ones who pay taxes! They have tried to change it but can't because all the people who do not own homes vote against any tax reform and others having to pay! Every town, state, and community is different and can charge what they want that has been voted by the people. I do not think this will ever change, as you know the only really sure things in life are taxes and death! I am going to buy a tent, that will fix them!!

The cash value of the stolen or damaged property. Here's where a lot of QuotesChimp feel they get burned. Under the terms of the policy, the insurance company may elect to "cash you out" for the loss rather than repair the vehicle, if this method will cost them less money. In addition, they can deduct for depreciation and adjust for a deteriorated physical condition of your vehicle.

The inquiry subsequently becomes Quotes Chimp: Who should tolerate the load of reduction; in other words, that needs to cover? Without policy contract, if your home burns up down, you should spend to reconstruct. In the event that you drop case, you have to cover the judgement (not forgetting the attorneys). Therefore should your pocketbook, in the event your appendix should emerge.

Quick question, not sure if you'll be able to anewsr; it but i'm hoping Bored of regular FM, I decided to use the editor to spice things up. I decided to reduce the prem to 14 deleting liverpool, Fulham and a few others. I've changed the structure from the top all the way down to League 2. Anyway now I want the deleted teams back, but I can't find them. Really annoying. Can't start a new database because I've changed loads of things and can't be asked to do it all over again. Not sure if you're familiar with the editor but if you are any help would be appreciated.
